The clients and its representatives, warrant and represent that they have the right and authority to post and submit any and all company information on this site including but not limited to use of company logos, copyrights, job information, trade names, trademarks, company profiles or any other company copy.
3. This site is provided strictly on an "as is" basis. Eastern Medical, Inc. does not warranty or assume responsibility for the truthfulness, completeness and accuracy of any and all information provided on this site whether it is expressed or implied.
4. All clients and customers are responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of any and all information posted by them on this site including but not limited to job response information, any and all job posting information, editing, company profiles, trademarks, copyrights, logos or any other company copy.
5. Eastern Medical, Inc. reserves the right, but does not have the obligation, to refuse to post, edit information or remove information it deems necessary from this site.
6. All invoices are due and payable net fifteen days. A late fee at the rate of 1.5% per month will be assessed to any and all late payments. Eastern Medical, Inc reserves the right to cancel and remove your information from this site on all invoices that are 60 days or more delinquent.
